Hi guys,
I have been super busy during the last month due to all my "new years resolution" clients - just signed up over 12 new clients in one month and been working without a day off in the gym.
I even got the point where my own workouts at diet started to suffer,was kinda getting burned out an all that..
But SUMMER IS COMING! - the pool parties here in Vegas a big reason to be in shape and look ripped. So I decided to share my "GET RIPPED WITH HIT" journey over the next couple of weeks.
Stay tuned for some great training and diet tips to follow right here in the forums and as well as on my SAN blog!

Ok Guys...here is my current supplement and training diet schedule to get ripped for 2010!
HIT=(3 total workouts a week)
Alternating between upper and lower body HIT bouts on a weekly basis. So basically 1 day training...1 day off...weekends off.
Upper body exercises: 1.Pullover Nautilus machine 2.Reverse grip rowing machine (alternate next workout with reverse pulldown) 3.Incline Press machine 3.Flat bench press 4. Side lateral machine 5. Reverse lateral machine (alternate next workout with overhead press) 6. Dips on machine 7. Lower back machine
Lower body exercises: 1. Leg extensions 2. Leg press 3. Squat machine 4.Leg curls laying. 4. Stiff leg deadlifts 5. Calf raises standing 6. Calf raises seated 7. Abs on crunch machine
My diet is basically low to medium carb at this time to really get my fat burn process a kickstart. I might add more carbs later as I get leaner with this program. Protein is high and fats are moderate to low.
I also engage is daily HIIT sessions to speed up the process of fat burning even more. High Intensity Interval Training as shown in the clip on my blog page is by far the best way to burn fat. Be careful however not to overdo this and make to take your post workout supplements such as SAN's BCAA as well as SAN's L-Glutamine right after!
I currently do 3-5 HIIT sessions per week spaced out. I would start with 3 and see how it goes. I personally recover very fast and can hold on to lean muscle easier. I do however have a hard time getting that ultra dry look...and that is what brings us to tye next subject...
TIGHT EXTREME!
I will be starting my TEX cycle as of this weekend and also will incorporate soem of SAN"s T4 as well. Along with 3 gramms of L-canithine taken before my workouts my abs will as shredded as never before in no time!
So stay tuned!
