PERFORMANCE CREATINE

My son started weight lifting a few months ago and he asked for some creatine to try. I got him this one. It’s a small container but it lasts a long time. You use more the first week then cut back the following weeks. It’s a smooth white powder. He says it mixes very well and has no taste, so he adds it to his water. He’s happy with it and said he’d stick with this brand when it’s gone. So it gets my recommendation.

I have some old ones (from past creatine purchases) I can use, but I found it odd that they didn't put one in. This is a small complaint though, as a teaspoon will work as well for most folks.
